I was pretty much out of commission for most of Wednesday. It was a tough day. You can read more on why in this week's Bonanza Valley Voice that has a story in it regarding a 13-year anniversary that has weighed heavily on my this entire week.

The lone varsity activity on Thursday night this week is a big home CMC game for our B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team. They host rival Kimball Area! These teams last met at Melrose Area high school last March in the Sub-Section 5A-South championship game. The Cubs are 7-7 overall and 4-2 in the CMC, just one game behind the Jaguars in the conference standings.
