Baseball opener

The B-B-E Jaguars baseball team dropped their season opener at Paynesville tonight by a 4-1 score. They will look to get in the win column on Thursday when they host Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted with a 4 p.m. start time of a conference doubleheader at the Regal diamond (JV at the high school).

At tonight's school board meeting, Patrick Walsh of Hutchinson was selected for a final interview in the superintendent selection process. The board will resume the process at 7 p.m. on Thursday night at the high school library.
