At the Eagles lair
After three games are in the book, our B-B-E Jaguars volleyball team has a 2-1 set lead. The Eagles won game one 25-20. Game four final: Jaguars 25, Eagles 19. In the final set, B-B-E fought back from a stubborn five-point deficit up to a 13-8 score in favor of EV-W. Katherine Mastey had a kill for a side out, and Kiley Winter's strong serving helped the Jaguars gain two additional points on EV-W errors. Grace Illies then added a kill, and the Eagles hit long to tie the game at 13-13.

Brittany Berge shot an incredible 59.3 percent on kills, having just three misfires on 27 attacks with 19 kills. Ally Gruber also had 19 kills with a team-high 18 digs.

With the win, B-B-E remains undefeated in the Central Minnesota Conference with a 3-0 mark. They now prepare for the Lakeview Invitational this Saturday in Cottonwood.
The Eagles, who had just suffered a 3-1 loss earlier this week on Tuesday against visiting New London-Spicer, falls to 10-5 overall with their third loss in the last four matches. They are 1-2 in the CMC.
