Friday Night Lights IV: Tigers rout Jaguars

Whether it was "three yards and a cloud of dust" or quick-moving sweeps around the left end, the Browerville Tigers faced light resistance throughout the night in a 44-7 win over our B-B-E Jaguars football team for a Week Four match up of Sub-District III squads.

The Tigers (2-2 overall) led 22-0 at  halftime.

The Tigers out-gained the Jaguars by a 364-yard to 134-yard overall margin. B-B-E had 77 yards of rushing offense compared to 352 yards by Browerville.

For the record, there is no such thing as "Browerville/Eagle Valley" - the Eagle Valley school district dissolved (disappeared) on July 30, 2017. It no longer exists. We did not play "Browerville/Eagle Valley" last night. That is not the proper name of the team. They are simply the Browerville Tigers. If we were going to get really technical, we played the "Browerville/Lafreniere Home School" Tigers!  Browerville has an agreement with the Lafreniere home school to allow their students to play on Browerville interscholastic teams.
