Homecoming volleyball
Homecoming night for our B-B-E Jaguars volleyball team was a success! The visiting Holdingford Huskers were a scrappy team but ultimately didn't pose a threat, with the Jaguars earning a 3-0 sweep. Five hitters hit 23 percent or better on attacks! That is terrific! Also great was the team having just three serving errors on 73 serves for the night. Game scores were 25-14, 25-15, 25-14.
B-B-E (15-2) remains undefeated in the Central Minnesota Conference and is having their best regular season to date since the 2012 season! Next is the Alexandria Invitational on Saturday.
**Below, a post-match interview with senior Emily Knight, who had five kills and three solo blocks tonight. It sounds like the junior class got revenge on the seniors, with volleyball wins on Thursday after they were defeated in Powder Puff flag football on Wednesday...
The Bonanza Valley Voice photo galleries have been slowly getting updated in the last couple of weeks. We're still over a week behind at this point...

**Speaking of Powder Puff football...here's a video clip from Wednesday's game this week...this was in game two, and I tried helping the junior class with some moral support after they got their butts kicked in the first game:
