Friday Night Lights V: shut out in Ottertail County

Their second-ever trip to Parkers Prairie was a difficult one for the B-B-E Jaguars football team. In their Week Five match-up against the .500 Parkers Prairie Panthers, the Jaguars lost by a 36-0 score.

They trailed 6-0 after the first quarter and 14-0 at halftime, but overall, they suffered three turnovers and converted just two of 12 third-down conversion attempts. B-B-E had 113 yards rushing and 37 yards in the air. The Panthers racked up 379 yards on the ground and had 19 first downs compared to nine for the Jaguars.

Next week the Jaguars will put everything they've got into Homecoming week, as they build towards the home game against New York Mills (1-4) on Friday night. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
