Big section win
The B-B-E Jaguars boys' basketball team defeated Upsala tonight 62-48. They led 22-20 at halftime. Robust 46-percent field goal shooting was a big factor in the win over a Section 5A rival.
The Jaguars improve to 4-6 on the season with their second straight win.
Next: the Jaguars travel to Eden Valley-Watkins (7-1) this Thursday for a Central Minnesota Conference game.
I'd like to take a moment and help promote the upcoming 19th annual Belgrade Lions Family Fun Day. The event is coming on Sunday, January 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the B-B-E high school. Come one, come all! Fun for all ages.
