We continue to grow

Extra, extra! Read all about it! This is a news story that I have been meaning to write since January.

January!!!!

Finally getting to this. It's a fairly important story to share with readers and local citizens of the Bonanza Valley area. We have had many, many weeks in 2021 where it would have been beneficial to be a newspaper that published twice per week. (YES, you read that correctly.) Publishing twice a week has just not been practical. It's a thought we've entertained, but the logistics of it make it all but impossible. This all illustrates how busy the past six months have been here.

The Voice took a huge hit in what was a disastrous 2019 as the Brooten Commercial Club scandal blew up the town. The result was a loss here of over 50 subscribers who punished the newspaper for publishing those BCC-related stories. It really didn't start to come back until two winters ago as the COVID-19 drama unfolded.

With all that behind us, it's good to be growing again!!
