Winter punching us in the mouth, and a 43 is posted

We're getting a good, old-fashioned punch in the mouth from winter right now. Fortunately, conditions are supposed to improve as the day goes on. Last night the temperature plummeted from near 40 degrees to about 12 degrees by 8 a.m. this morning.

The latest COVID-19 data has been released, and you can see the summary at the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper website: https://bit.ly/3GQFLNY. At B-B-E schools, the COVID-19 numbers (dated December 14) are 2, 2 and 2 between the Jaguar Kids Connection, elementary and high school populations, which totals about 800 men, women and children. This is down dramatically from three weeks ago when that figure totaled 15.

The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa/Paynesville Pirouettes dance team hosts their home competition tonight at the B-B-E elementary school. Doors open at 5 p.m., the National Anthem will be performed at 5:55 p.m., and the competition starts at 6 p.m. This will be re-posted in a new blog post.
