Doubleheader at Paynesville

In the first game of the doubleheader in Paynesville, the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team had a solid first half and built a 32-20 lead with 4:40 to go. At halftime, the lead had shrunk to 32-28 after the Bulldogs scored 8 points in the last 3 minutes and 7 seconds going into the break.

B-B-E punched the lead to 36-28 with two quick baskets in the opening minute of the second half. A virtual lid was put on the visitor's basket, however, and the Jaguars ultimately suffered a 59-48 loss.
