A busy Friday night

At the New London-Spicer invitational, the B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team had a small hold on first place going into the finals tonight. They had 145.5 points compared to 139.5 points for the host Wildcats, who were in second place.

However, as the finals got underway, the Wildcats pulled in front with 179.5 points compared to B-B-E's 163.5 points.

In Belgrade, the girls' basketball team is hosting Royalton in a Central Minnesota Conference game. The JV team hosted Melrose in the preliminary game, and the Jaguars won 52-15.

In the opening minutes of the first half, the Royals built a brief 17-2 lead before the Jaguars clawed their way back to make a game of it. At halftime, the Royals held a 34-33 lead. **Updates/final scores in a new blog post!
