Jaguars Baseball Takes Down Rockford 8-6, Jaguars Fastpitch Wins Intense 10-inning 2-1 game over Sauk Centre

The baseball team is now 9-2, reaching the same number of wins they earned last season (9-10 finish).

The fastpitch team is 9-5. Sauk's fastpitch falls to 6-7 overall. The game was a defensive gem for both sides. Here's why this win was huge: Osakis was seeded #2 over B-B-E in Sub-Section 5A-South. The Jaguars are #3. Sauk shredded Osakis by a 10-0 score in five innings on April 30. I can't wait to see the sub-section semi-final game against Osakis, assuming the Silverstreaks are not upset in the first round.
