Jaguars Volleyball wins tense battle at Hancock tonight - visiting Jaguars took game one 30-28 and game three 28-26!

Maggie Gruber led the charge for the Jaguars, as she earned 7 kills in game one. She would finish with a match and career high 18 kills on the night.

The Hancock Owls fell to 4-2 overall. The Jaguars improved to 6-1 heading into Thursday night's trip to Rockford for a CMC match against the 1-5 Rockets. Rockford dropped their conference opener to Maple Lake 3-0 last week.

Tonight's match was aired on 95.7 FM KKOK out of Morris, a broadcast that included a number of B-B-E area business-sponsored ads.

The Jaguars girls tennis team traveled to West Central Area (Barrett) to face the Knights in non-conference action. The outcome was a 4-3 win for the Knights, who are now 4-3 overall. They host a triangular at the high school tennis courts at 4:30 on Thursday (Sept 17) that includes Parkers Prairie and Sauk Centre.
