Jaguars Wrestling earns two gold medals at Maple Grove Tournament

Seniors Brent Goodenbour and Travis Winter both won first place in their respective divisions of the Maple Grove Crimson Classic Tournament on Saturday afternoon.


As a team, the Jaguars placed fifth overall (113.5 points) in the 13-team event, with Cole Tensen and Ross Rath each taking second place. Central Minnesota Conference rival Rockford finished sixth with 111.5 points.

The Jaguars wrestling team has a busy week coming up, with two home triangulars on tap for Tuesday and Thursday nights. Both Tri's begin at 5:00pm.
