Sauk Centre Mainstreeters girls basketball team makes Class AA Final Four

The Streeters won 58-43 with a solid performance against a very tough Caledonia squad tonight at Target Center. Caledonia's 20-game winning streak came to a crashing end tonight, and the Warriors finish an outstanding season 26-4 overall. They have played in four of the past five state tournaments, winning the Class AA title in 2009 with a 31-0 record.

The Streeters girls basketball team (30-1) now faces Minnehaha Academy (22-6) in the Class AA state semifinals. The Redhawks are the defending state champions. Tip-off is on Friday, March 18, at 6:00pm at Target Center.
