Jaguar volleyball runs into a buzz saw

That buzz saw would be one of the better Class AAA teams, Grand Rapids, who entered today's tournament with only one loss on the season (21-1 overall).

In the opening match today, the Jaguars started out slow against Rocori but rebounded to take games two and three to start 1-0 today at the Cardinal volleyball tournament. I really feel the Spartans are the best team in Sub-Section 6AA-South and should challenge the North champion to go to state.

Up next is a very tough St. Paul North team that's ranked #2 in their section (4AAA).

At the Junior High Central Minnesota Conference volleyball championships, both the 7th and 8th grade Jaguar squads will play for first place this afternoon. That tournament is being held in Pierz.
