Good so far!! The Jaguars boys' basketball team stormed out of the gates at Target Center with a quick 11-0 lead just 5 minutes after tip off. A key moment was with 13:40 left, when the Jaguars had a triple-trap in the corner to force a turnover. Tanner Heinsius then scored for a 9-0 lead. Soon after that Brian Goodwin had a steal and layup for the 11-0 lead.

With 2:30 left, R-P got a steal near the half court and layup to go up 21-20.

At halftime: R-P 25, B-B-E 21. Field goal shooting tells the story: R-P was 9-of-18 from the field (50%) and B-B-E was 39.1% (9-of-23)...Rushford-Peterson has 4/9 on free throws compared to 2/5 for the Jaguars.
