Live streaming of school board

Tonight's (February 27) school board meeting will be live-streamed at the Bonanza Valley Voice website's streaming page: http://citylinktv.com/channel/brooten-bonanza-valley-voice. A major point of discussion will be proposed $198,320 in budget cuts for the 2017-2018 school year.

You can also bookmark this page and watch the school board meeting at the Voice website: http://www.bonanzavalleyvoice.com/story/2017/02/16/streaming/streaming-station-is-active/137.html.

The video player will be dark until it is turned on at 7:30 p.m. If it doesn't play at first on your computer or phone, refresh the browser.

I'll be on double duty covering the band concert and the school board meeting.

As with any school board meeting, the public is invited to attend and listen except in cases where the board has to close the meeting.

Here's video from the choir concert held last Monday night. It begins with the 7th-12th grade girls' singers:

The Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper had a two-page spread of choir concert pages on pages six and seven last week.
