Friday night updates

At Browerville, the No. 9-ranked B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team lost against No. 7-ranked LP-GE/Browerville 46-15. It was a tough one to watch.

The Jaguars rebounded in grand fashion by defeating No. 3-ranked Minneota 40-31! Their final dual went their way as well, when they beat Rush City/Braham 70-12.

At Eden Valley, the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team is ahead 17-16 at halftime in a Central Minnesota Conference game between the first- and second-place teams.

The Eagles led 38-31 in the final minute.

Final score: EV-W 42, B-B-E 40.
