Two big wins tonight

In road action tonight, two of our teams earned impressive wins!

The No. 4-ranked B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team won 78-33 at Kimball Area to improve to 10-1 on the season. Abby Berge led the Jaguars with 18 points on red-hot 62.5 percent field goal shooting plus a terrific seven-of-eight performance at the free throw line. Also in double figures were Allisa Knight with 16 points and Josie Knutson with 10 points. Karissa Jones also had a strong game with eight points and a team-leading nine rebounds.

At Morris Area high school, the No. 2-ranked B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team earned a 49-20 win over Class 2A Morris Area/Hancock/Chokio-Alberta. They now hold a 22-2 record.
