Home track meet moved by two days
A home track and field meet that was scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) has been moved back to Thursday, April 15. Teams included are Kimball/Eden Valley-Watkins and Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City. According to the forecast, the Bonanza Valley area could get about one inch of snow tomorrow with a high temperature of 34 degrees. The extended forecast says we will have freezing, near-freezing or even below-freezing temperatures every night from now through at least April 22. (YIKES!) I see a low of 25 degrees for Monday, April 19.
I'll post more about spring sports as I update this blog post on Tuesday.
The biggest, most important and most time-consuming task at hand right now is getting my April 15 newspaper issue ready for press.
