Seniors night win (VIDEO)
In a meeting with a potential playoff opponent, the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team hosted Pine River-Backus in a non-conference game tonight for Seniors Night. Head coach Kristina Anderson provided a tribute to the seniors prior to the start of pregame drills, and the seniors and their parents were recognized on the court. Three of their youth coaches, Travis Szczesniak, Jesi Halvorson and Tammy Berge, were also honored at that time.
After surging past the Tigers in the first half and leading 40-20 at the break, the Jaguars kept the defensive pressure in peak form while running away with a 73-35 win. The Jaguars shot 56 percent from the floor in the game and went 12-of-16 at the free throw line. Abby Berge led the way with 21 points, while Brooklyn Fischer had 19 and Tiyana Schwinghammer had 11.

Now 19-4 overall, the next game for the Jaguars is likely up in the air as of now. The weather forecast looks tough for the next three days. This is a tough turn of events.
Video is uploading. **THis blog post is cut off and now a wrap...more in a new blog post. I type this on Tuesday morning and have to prepare for what looks like a 3-day long snow storm. Yikes!!!
