Snow Day, Day II...and a mountain of announcements!

And we didn't even get that much snow!

To give you an idea of how it's going later in the morning of Thursday, February 23, the town of Brooten is out of milk, and the bank is closed. B-B-E students are in the midst of an e-Learning day. That is going well at our house by the way...hats off to our teachers!!! I just love our B-B-E teachers. They are fabulous.

And now I have to fix the carburetor on my snowblower with our driveway only about half done. Good times.

SCHEDULING updates:
The B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team's games that were set for tonight at Eden Valley-Watkins have been moved to Saturday, February 25 (two days from now)...this will conclude their regular season. The JV and C-squad games are at 12:30 p.m., and the varsity game will tip off at approximately 1:45 p.m. ALSO! Their Osakis road game has been moved to tomorrow, Friday, February 24.

The B-B-E Jaguars boys' basketball team's game that was set for tonight at Brandon-Evansville has been rescheduled to next Monday, February 27 at the B-E high school in Brandon (C-squad at 5 p.m., JV at 6 p.m. and varsity to follow). Their conference game at home against Royalton, originally scheduled for Tuesday this week, is set for this Saturday (2:15 p.m. for JV and C-squad and varsity to follow).

ANNOUNCEMENT for residents of Brooten:
Regular recycling pick-up will take place as scheduled on Friday, February 24 (tomorrow)...but the garbage pick-up for tomorrow is postponed one day to Saturday due to the weather. Please pass the word!!!
