It's GAME DAY! at STATE FOOTBALL!!! (VIDEOS)

I haven't gotten around to doing any editing on the video from the elementary school's football pep fest. Below is the full clip of the high school pep fest, which took place before lunch was served...this blog post will serve as a spot to see game updates tonight. So please share the link as you are able to! I have much to prepare for, including joining the B-B-E Pep Band once we arrive!

Tonight! STATE football!
Tonight's football game will be carried on Smooth Magic 107 FM of Glenwood! You can click on this link and listen online: https://www.kmgk1071.com. The B-B-E Jaguars football team will face Mayer Lutheran out of Section 2A in the Class 1A state quarterfinals. Kickoff from St. Cloud Apollo high school is at 7 p.m.

**Here's an exciting video where the Jaguars essentially sealed the Section 4A championship win in Fargo one week ago...Good stuff!


It was terrific to see junior lineman Carson Glienke get in the game in the third quarter during that goal-line stand. Glienke missed a few games due to injury this season.

**UPDATE from the state tournament...West Central Area won their consolation bracket match today by a 3-2 margin against Pine River-Backus. The Knights, playing in their first-ever state volleyball tournament, defeated the Tigers of Section 5A by a 20-18 margin in game five. That is pretty amazing! I haven't personally witnessed a fifth set go that far above 15 points to be settled. WCA star hitter Mya Foslien had 26 kills with a 24 percent hitting mark plus three ace serves and 14 digs. Madison Fagre added 15 kills. WCA plays for fifth place tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. at Xcel Energy Center.
