A full plate
I have never had a plate with more on it. Not ever. It got worse yesterday.
Yesterday I learned about two separate dog attacks in the city of Brooten. Both attacks took place on Central Avenue. One of them was on December 11 of last year. In the other attack, a small dog was actually attacked by TWO dogs and ultimately was so badly injured that one leg needed to be amputated. One of the dog's shoulders was crushed in the attack. Mark my words: when you learn about what happened in the attack that led to the leg amputation, you will be SICKENED TO YOUR CORE. It is IMPERATIVE that we hold people accountable for their actions. This era of living without personal responsibility HAS TO END.
The attacks to the two different dogs was committed by dogs who were living at the same property that was across the street. This property is located just south of a home that formerly was the Presbyterian Church in Brooten. In this specific case, the newspaper is going after the property owner. We will muster all our resources and make the property owner's life difficult. It's time to teach people a lesson. The time to be nice has passed.
Here's a video from the seniors night speech by Coach Anderson plus a tribute to Jocelyn Dickhoff on Tuesday night:
Just as I was one week ago, I am blogging right now from the clinic where Dr. Anthony Rooney works in Fergus Falls. He is a Class of 2009 graduate who is now married and the proud father of three girls. Dr. Rooney is a doctor specializing in hematology and oncology at Lake Region Healthcare. He is a great man!!! My family is blessed to be able to work with him while we continue to battle a blood clotting issue that is trying to kill my wife. You can read his work biography by clicking here: https://www.lrhc.org/provider-directory/providers/anthony-rooney.
