B-B-E's Class of 1996 suffers a devastating loss

Justin Rooney of Belgrade, a member of the B-B-E Class of 1996, passed away this past weekend. His funeral information can be found at the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper website: https://rb.gy/ee1w1s.

This has weighed on me all day since I heard the news earlier today. Justin was the epitome of the "nice guy" who you always wanted to have in your school or your community. This is devastating especially to his family. Please pray for his parents, Darrell and Joy, and their family as they work through this terrible time.

Justin is the third member of the Class of 1996 who we have lost to natural causes. In 2011, we said good-bye to Heidi (Gregory) Deters, who passed away on February 5 after a 26-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Four years later, we said good-bye to Wanda (Holtberg) Gjerde, who also was taken from us by cancer on August 6, 2015.
