Jaguars Football Falls to Eden Valley-Watkins 54-0

The Jaguars football team fell to 1-4 overall this season with a 54-0 drubbing at the Homecoming of Eden Valley-Watkins. The Jaguars will now regroup for their own homecoming, next Friday (Oct 5) when they host Kimball Area (1-3 CMC, 2-3 overall).

The Jaguars sit in 6th place in the nine-team Section 5A standings. State-ranked Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (31 points) and Dawson-Boyd (30 points) lead the standings with 5-0 records each.

On Monday the Jaguars volleyball team hosts Foley (1-8) in non-conference action. The Jaguars girls tennis team faces New London-Spicer at the NL-S High School tennis courts on Monday as well. They open up Sub-Section 5A-North playoffs on Thursday, October 4, at MACCRAY in a 4:30 match.
