Jaguars Girls Basketball Wins Over Kimball Area 67-34

The Jaguars girls basketball team is on a roll, winning their last 7 games while scoring 63 or more points in each win. Their season record moves to 15-7 overall after tonight's win, while tying the record for the second-best regular season in B-B-E history. (The 1996-97 version went 15-7 in their regular season before going 1-1 in the Section 5A playoffs) The Jaguars are also 9-3 in the CMC, the best record ever in the conference since joining in 1999. The most conference wins by any girls basketball team at B-B-E is 10, by the 1994-1995 and 1990-1991 teams that both went 10-4 in the West Central South Conference

They now prepare for a short road trip to always-tough Osakis tomorrow night, to face the 14-6 Silverstreaks in non-conference action.
