Next Tuesday, March 3, the Jaguars host HL-W-W in what is essentially the Central Minnesota Conference championship. On Friday, March 6, the Jaguars will host Eden Valley-Watkins. On Saturday, March 7, the Jaguars will host Kimball Area in the final game of the regular season. That game will be in the evening, but I haven't locked down when tip-off will be for the Varsity game.

**Update at 11:30am on Saturday...A large number of Jaguars wrestlers are in action today in Day 2 of the Section 5A individual wrestling tournament. It's being held at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle high school, with action beginning at Noon today.

Ross Rath, Josh Beier, Patrick Rooney, Brent Goodenbour, Cole Tensen, Travis Winter, Anthony Rooney, and Sean Speldrich are vying for hardware in today's wrestleback and championship rounds.

Update on Saturday afternoon...Travis Winter lost his sem-final match in triple overtime. Ouch that hurts. Anthony Rooney lost an overtime match, Cole Tensen won vs. a Minnewaska wrestler in his semi-final match, Josh Beier won his first wrestleback, Ross Rath lost his semi-final match, and Brent Goodenbour won a wrestleback. From the way it pans out, a large number of those guys will bring home a Top-Six medal when the day is over.

Boys Basketball results from Saturday:
Eden valley-Watkins 59, Holdingford 31
Dassel-Cokato 67, Kimball 60, OT
Pierz 64, Foley 57 (Pierz is 17-6 overall)
