This week for the Jaguars varsity sports - a busy one starting Monday night! Jagurs boys basketball is on the Train vs. Eden Valley-Watkins

The Jaguars boys basketball team hosts Eden Valley-Watkins tonight. The Jaguars, who are 13-2 overall and 6-1 in the CMC, will attempt to hang onto the top spot in the league as they have a challenging week ahead of them. **The game will be aired on 106.5 FM the Train.


Eden Valley-Watkins is 4-11 overall and 1-5 in the Central Minnesota Conference. Make no mistake, though, they'll bring a tough game to the home gym tonight.

On Thursday night, the Jaguars travel to Dawson-Boyd to battle the 8-4 Blackjacks in a non-conference game.

Then on Friday night, the Jaguars host Maple Lake in a showdown for first place in the CMC. The Irish are 10-7 overall and 5-1 in the CMC, a half game behind the Jaguars in the standings.

Their 13-2 overall record ties the record of last year's team through the first 15 games of the schedule.

The Jaguars girls basketball team travels to Melrose tonight (Monday) for a non-conference game against the 8-8 Dutchmen. Melrose is 6-4 in the West Central South Conference, tied for third place with Long Prairie-Grey Eagle.

Jaguars Wrestling travels to Minnewaska Area on Thursday night for a 6:00pm dual. The JV meet begins at 4:30pm. It will be aired on Smooth Magic 107 FM.

Jaguars Danceline travels to Montevideo on Saturday for the Section 3A tournament. That begins at 12:00pm Noon.
