Jaguars volleyball clinches share of the CMC title! It's a "five-peat"

A very excited Jaguars volleyball team is shown celebrating achieving match point tonight, vs. Eden Valley-Watkins...after they took game three 28-26.

The seventh-ranked Jaguars volleyball team clinched a share of their fifth straight Central Minnesota Conference title with a 25-10, 25-12, 28-26 win over Eden Valley-Watkins tonight. They are now 21-2 overall and 6-0 in the CMC.


Game three was a pure barn burner! More on that will follow later.

This marks the fifth year in a row that the Jaguars have won or shared the CMC title. Since joining the CMC in 1999, the Jaguars have won or shared the title eight times.

Eden Valley-Watkins fell to 1-5 in the CMC and 10-11 overall.

Up next: a trip to Kimball to face the Cubs in the final CMC match of the season, next Tuesday night. Kimball Area swept HL-W-W tonight; they are 8-11 overall and 3-3 in the CMC.
