We are so blessed

Alex Schumann, Nick Benton and Trey Heinsius (far right) are shown being interviewed by Bill Dean and Don Leukam on 106.5 FM The Train on Saturday, February 22 following the last Kimball win.

We have a lot going for us right now at B-B-E schools and in Jaguar Country. One thing that you'd have to live under a rock not to know about is our terrific Jaguar boys' basketball team that faces their third playoff opponent tonight in Little Falls.

For the sake of brevity and staying on my tight schedule today, I will leave you with this video clip to take a look at. It shows the other side of our basketball players...no less than 4 of the 9 seniors are in the gym here working/playing with young children during Parent-Teacher conferences yesterday evening:

Not only are they outstanding basketball players...that whole team is made up of some of the nicest, most easy-going and down-to-earth young men I have ever known. If you haven't had a chance to meet any of them in person, you're missing out. Hopefully through your visits to this website, you can get at least a small glimpse of what we in Jaguar Country are extremely thankful for.

**Update at noon!! Cool news...tonight's game will be on The Train (106.5 FM) and also Smooth Magic 107 FM (Glenwood, 107.1 FM)...there will be a little game delay on The Train's broadcast, as they will also be at St. John's University for the NL-S playoff game that starts at 6:00pm.

Either way, this Thursday The Train 106.5 FM will carry the B-B-E girls' basketball playoff opener against Royalton. That was confirmed yesterday.

Beyond that...well, let's not get ahead of ourselves. ONE GAME AT A TIME.

*Here's the Sauk Centre Herald photo gallery showing the post-game celebrating on February 22, the last time we beat Kimball Area...and a special day in which we basked in the excitement of a 5th straight undefeated season at home for our Jaguars.
