How bad was it?

So just how bad was it on Monday? Well, I made a brief stop in Brooten while passing through on my way to work and learned that their regular city council meeting scheduled for Monday was cancelled due to road conditions. Whew! I rarely hear about city council meetings being nixed because of the weather.
