State wrestling

At state today, No. 1-seeded LPGE/Browerville won 30-24 over unseeded Goodhue.

*Update! The LPGE/Browerville Wolves beat Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City 31-22 in their semifinal match up.

And! In the finals, LPGE/Browerville capped off their truly incredible 2018-19 season with a 35-27 win over Kenyon-Wanamingo in the Class 1A state championship. Great job, what a day for them to represent Section 5A!

Later tonight state individual wrestling information will be posted for the B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team members who are competing at state tomorrow.
