Advancing

The B-B-E Junior American Legion team defeated A-C-GC by a 10-1 score tonight at Marthaler Field in rural Glenwood.

They advance to another elimination game which will be played tonight back at the same location. The opponent will be No. 1-seeded Starbuck.

The winner of that game faces No. 2-seeded Morris tomorrow in the district championship game.

**Update: the Jaguars won 1-0 over the district's top seed tonight to land a spot in the district championship game for the first time since 2007.

They face Morris at 11 a.m. tomorrow morning.
