Numerous irons in the fire

It could just as well be mid-July right now...many irons in the fire for mid-January.

In the worlds of most newspapers, mid-January is the opposite of peak time. It's a very slow news period. Move over to our world, and the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper's news department has numerous matters to deal with right now.

That's all for now. Time to gear up for the first Brooten city council meeting of 2020. One exciting part to the evening will be the council accepting a terrific donation from the Brooten Fire Relief Association in support of Bonanza Valley Days 2020!! The dates will be July 9, 10, 11 and 12.
