(HD VIDEO) National Anthem at Alexandria Area football stadium

The sun was shining strong as a very strong wind blew across the football stadium at Alexandria Area high school this afternoon.

I will repeat what I said a week ago after the Upsala/Swanville Area game: I am so immensely proud of our Jaguars! I know our community is also proud. As I told Coach Moscho after the game, we are all dealing with a heavy plate, our kids included...but these remarkable student-athletes continue putting in the hard work that we expect of them in both school and sports. They do so with a very cheery attitude and are extremely pleasant. 

We are an extremely blessed community.

*Update: the B-B-E Jaguars host Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg next Friday, November 6 at the high school football stadium. The forecasts calls for almost summer-like temperatures next week. It will be a huge, huge change from the last couple of weeks. The predicted forecast for November 6 calls for a high of 64 degrees!! And full sunshine that day! Wow!
