ZEROES across the board!

For the first time this entire school year (2021-2022), the B-B-E schools COVID-19 dashboard has posted zeroes across the board! That's right...zero, zero, zero is what you see when looking at active COVID-19 cases among the Jaguar Kids Connection, the elementary and the high school. This is a decline from three, which was the case totals at B-B-E one week ago.

Now the waiting game is on for me as I have high anticipation for the February 17 COVID-19 zip code report that will be released by the Minnesota Department of Health at 11 a.m. on Thursday (tomorrow).

What's going on in Canada is absolutely mind-boggling. It should blow everyone's mind. I listened to a Canadian trucker speak on Wednesday night about his motivation to join the protest in Ottwa. He talked about how his high school-age children are not allowed to play high school sports right now, in spite of the fact that their entire family is perfectly healthy and able to do so. The restrictions in Canada are just absolutely insane. How can anyone think otherwise? I don't know.

So as we cheer on our Jaguars here in the land of Rocks and Cows of Minnesota, remember that high school-age students in Canada are being restricted from playing sports. That is just intensely, wildly insane. We must think and act accordingly to make sure that level of tyranny never, ever, EVER happens here in our part of Minnesota.
