Sunburg Trolls Car Show...and football (VIDEO)

It's not too late to head out to Sunburg and take in their annual Labor Day car show! The voting ended at noon today, but the cars and trucks will be on display until 2 p.m., at which time trophies and awards will be handed out.

They are gathered at Willie Reigstad baseball field in Sunburg. This event has been advertised in the August 25 and September 1 issues of the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.

We have a hot, dry week ahead of us across the Bonanza Valley. The gardens will need extra irrigation this week.

Also! I have to put in a "Part II" for my volleyball season preview article from last week. I omitted a bunch of information, including the fact that they went 23-8 overall last year and won the Central Minnesota Conference title for the third time in four seasons.
