Today is going to go south fast

Based on the forecast, I expect the day to get worse and worse hour by hour. It will go south fast!

I expect a lot of accidents out there. Be prepared to slip on a sidewalk or slide your car owards or into a ditch. We have rain coming today throughout the day, then we go down to 17 degrees tonight while picking up 3 to 5 inches of snow. Crazy! We are 150 years past the worst winter of recorded history in the upper Midwest (1872-1873 and I think Mother Nature is reminding us that ultimately we have no say in how bad the weather can get in Minnesota. B-B-E schools is holding an E-learning day today. The schools are effectively closed beyond the availability of the Jaguar Kids Connection.
