The sprint to Christmas continues (VIDEO)

Another super busy week is underway in Jaguar Country! This is a sprint to Christmas that continues this week with multiple sports and community events across the Bonanza Valley area. It sort of "peaks" this Saturday with Santa Day events in Belgrade in the morning and Brooten in the late afternoon/evening.

Tonight features a big event that I am glad I am able to go to with no other conflicting items on the schedule...the football team awards banquet! It will be a big deal!

Kudos to the Elrosa Commercial Club for hosting the event in conjunction with other local groups such as the Elrosa Baseball Club as well as Kensington Bank and Kensington Insurance. They hired Donny Brang to perform Christmas music, and that added a neat touch to the one-hour event. Turnout exceeded 70 kids!!! That's just flat out awesome for a community with a population of about 230.
