Jaguars Girls Basketball Plays Solid Game in 60-49 Loss at Mayer Lutheran

The Jaguars girls basketball team dropped to 7-6 overall in a road game on a bitter cold Saturday afternoon over the weekend, falling 60-49 at Mayer Lutheran (10-6). The Crusaders had just previously lost 58-49 to one of the top-ranked teams in Minnesota, Jordan, last week.

This Tuesday the Jaguars travel to Maple Lake for a CMC match against the Irish, who are 8-8 overall and 3-3 in the CMC. The Jaguars are currently tied for second place at 4-2 in the conference, with Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted (11-4 overall).

The Jaguars wrestling team is in action on Thursday night in a home meet against Osakis, who has a 12-3 record in duals. That same night, the Jaguars boys basketball team will travel to Holdingford.
