Corey Tonn of the Jaguars boys golf team earns the Central Minnesota Conference championship

Because the West Central Tribune's website was crashed for most of the day on Monday, I was unable to grab individual results from the boys golf meet at Pierz on their archives...so the following wasn't included in the local newspapers:

Junior Corey Tonn earned the individual Central Minnesota Conference championship after the final tally was made from all six CMC meets. Both Tonn and Michael Rodgers earned all-conference in the CMC for the Jaguars boys golf team. The last time a local golfer won the conference title was in 2007, when Kari Rosengren won it on the girls side.

Tonn, Rodgers, Matt Goodwin, and Whitney Bertram will all represent B-B-E at the Section 5A meet on Friday, May 22, at Little Crow by New London.
