Cole Tensen keeps his state hardware dreams alive, wins 4-2 in the wrestlebacks

Tensen signs his paperwork following his 4-2 win.

Cole Tensen defeated Casey Nunn (30-9) of Frazee by a 4-2 decision. He built a 4-1 lead after the first period, battled through a scoreless second period, then hung on in the final period by only giving up one escape to bring the final margin.

He stays alive in the consolation bracket of the Class A 145-pound division. He will face either Grant Hegge of Southland or Ryan Brady of Royalton/Upsala in the Friday night wrestleback semi-finals.
