Jaguars' fastpitch sweeps season series from Eden Valley-Watkins with a 6-2 win on the road - Baseball is shut out at home by Eden Valley-Watkins

Sophomore Raeann Sorenson was one of eight Jaguars earning at least one hit each in their game at Eden Valley today.

The Jaguars' fastpitch team improved to 2-3 in the Central Minnesota Conference with a 6-2 win at Eden Valley-Watkins today. The Eagles' fastpitch team fell to 2-5 in the CMC and 3-7 overall.

Sophomore Michelle Sanders picked up the pitching win, scattering five Eagles' hits while giving up no earned runs in seven innings of work in the circle.

The Jaguars' fastpitch team hosts Pierz on Tuesday at 4:30.

The Jaguars' baseball team slipped below .500 overall and in the Central Minnesota Conference with a 9-0 loss to state-ranked Eden Valley-Watkins today in a game held at Saints Field in Elrosa. The Eagles are 11-0 overall and 6-0 in the CMC.

Sophomores Brandon Roelike and Brady Weller earned the Jaguars' lone hits in the game, both singles. Eagles' senior ace pitcher Tyler Geislinger earned 10 strikeouts while pitching a complete game.

The Jaguars' baseball team travels to Pierz on Tuesday for a 4:30 game.
