Pause before you post

I know folks have stopped by this blog looking for news from today, and I want to let you know that I'm purposely waiting and giving it time before sharing. 

I believe we would all be well-served if we practiced the idea of pausing before posting, especially on social media. Stop and think, and please stop and consider others before you share information (especially rumors) on the Internet. At a minimum, IT CAN WAIT. Have a little decency. The world would be a better place.

I'll post again on this tonight after the varsity game results are in. We have student-athletes who will attempt to focus on their athletic contests. I'm going to do the same.
