Thursday night sports

In game one of their home doubleheader that kicks off the 2021 season, the B-B-E Jaguars baseball team defeated Kimball 18 to 1 in five innings. They led 15-0 after three innings were complete.

More to come.

Here's action from game one in tonight's doubleheader with the Cubs:

Update: in game two, the Jaguars won 12 to 3! They take a 2-0 record into next Monday's action against Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City. B-B-E will play one game starting at 4:30 p.m. against the Falcons.

I have forgotten all week to post that the Elrosa Saints amateur baseball team will begin their 2021 season at Greenwald this Sunday. That is great news!!! First pitch is at 1:30 p.m. The second game of Elrosa's season will be on May 1 at Spring Hill in a Battle for the Keg. On May 2, the Saints will host their home opener with an exhibition game against Dassel-Cokato.
