A wonderful youth event coming on Monday

I am thrilled to share the good news of a non-denominational youth event coming to the B-B-E community on Monday, May 24 at the Belgrade city park. This is for all B-B-E area youth. It does not matter what church they normally go to. It does not matter if they have never gone to church. The organizers just ask that they come prepared to have fun with outdoor activities in a God-focused atmosphere.

Dubbed "Middle School Madness" and sponsored by the Open Door Church of New London, the event is geared for children in grades 5 through 8 taking place between 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. When I first learned about this, I was overjoyed to hear of God-focused youth activities taking place for local children. It is about time!  Over the past year, more and more B-B-E students have been participating in youth ministry activities at Open Door. Bravo to their staff for welcoming them! 

Other dates for Middle School Madness are June 14 and 28, July 12 and 26 and then August 2 and 9.
