One run loss (VIDEO)
The Elrosa Saints amateur baseball team saw their three-game winning streak come to an end today. Meire Grove led 5-1 and 8-4 in the game and held on for an 8-7 Stearns County League win.
Two highlights for the Saints included Kevin Kuefler's two-run home run (360 feet) and Derek Wiener's solo home run (320 feet) in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Elrosa's next game is their first home game under the lights of Saints Field: Friday, May 28! They host St. Martin.
